Clifton Area Pantry
In partnership with Clifton Town Meeting and the Clifton Heights-University Heights-Fairview Council, the Clifton Area Neighborhood School (CANS) is thrilled to announce the opening of the Clifton Area Pantry located in the driveway between CANS (3711 Clifton Avenue) and Clifton Recreation Center (320 McAlpin Avenue).
This Pantry is a way for neighbors to help neighbors who could benefit from food and hygiene items. It is for you to contribute to or take from. Even though its home is on this property, this Pantry belongs to all of us. We will make it a success together. Please take care of it and the space around it. Tidy the Pantry if it needs it. Please don’t litter.
Give what you can. All members of the community are encouraged and welcome to place food, hygiene, or paper items inside the Pantry. There are item suggestions and limitations posted on the Pantry and at the link/QR below. Give what you would want to receive. An easy practice is to buy extra of what you buy your household. No gift is too small. All items should be unexpired and in good and safe condition.
Take what you need. The Pantry is open and stocked. If you find items inside and you need them, take them and know we care about you. Please remember the pantry belongs to you. Come back and trust that the pantry will be here for you.
